There is a simple application algorithm for the project implementation on the territory of the park through a single operator, the Development Corporation of the Novosibirsk Region.
The Development Corporation uses one-stop format working with investors:

1organises interaction with the authorities at all levels

2provides support at all stages of project implementation

3selects instruments of federal and regional state support

4presents investors’ projects to the Investment Council of the Novosibirsk Region
Terms of accommodation
The land plot in the park may be rented for up to 8 years with the opportunity of subsequent purchase after the commissioning of the resident's facility. The infrastructure is connected to the boundaries of the resident's site.

1.5 million rubles per ha
The cost of redemption
25% of the cadastral value (at the period of purchase)
