The Yuzhny ILP Industrial Park is a prepared site for production facilities with a complex of engineering and transport infrastructure. The site type is greenfield.
The park is managed and its infrastructure is developed by the Industrial and Logistics Park Management Company.

We are currently working on the preparation of an additional territory of the park with an area of 16.5 ha to accommodate investors.
Favorable location of the park to accommodate businesses
Yuzhny Industrial Park is located in the Novosibirsk Region, the administrative center of the Siberian Federal District. The population of the region is 2.8 million people, with 13 million residents within 700 km around it.
The park is located in the Iskitimsky district, 11 km from Novosibirsk and 2 km from the second largest city in the region – Berdsk, with a population of more than 100 thousand people.
The federal highway R-256 «Chuysky Trakt» passes near the park, and the nearest railway station «Berdsk» is 4 km away.
Modern engineering and transport infrastructure
There are electricity supply networks, water supply and sanitation systems on the territory of the park, roads and a gas pipeline are being built.
Highways
Unpaved roads approach the site. It is planned to build highways to the federal highway R-256 «Chuysky Trakt».
Electricity and heat supply
There are electricity supply networks on the territory of the park. The total electric capacity is 7.5 MW. The site's heat supply is provided by the existing boiler house in Berdsk (TGK-1 LLC).
Water supply and sanitation
The capacity of the site's water supply and sanitation systems is 15 cubic meters per day.
Gas supply
A gas pipeline with a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters per hour is under construction in the park.
