Goals
To develop public-private partnerships and municipal-private partnerships in the Novosibirsk Region by:
1. Helping to attract private investment and modern technologies for the development of public infrastructure based on the principles of the public-private partnership.
2. Contributing to support for public-private partnership investment projects in the Novosibirsk Region.
3. Organising interaction between the executive authorities of the Novosibirsk Region, local government bodies of municipalities in the territory of the Novosibirsk Region (hereinafter referred to as “the authorities”), and other participants in PPPs.
4. Participating in public events aimed at PPP development.
