The commissioning of housing per capita in the Novosibirsk Region exceeds the national average. In 2015, the figure was 0.94 sq.m.
Construction materials and structures are in demand in the Novosibirsk Region and neighbouring regions.
The region plays host to SibBuild, the largest exhibition of construction and finishing materials in Siberia.
