The Novosibirsk Region has successful experience in implementing public-private partnership investment projects aimed at upgrading the public utility infrastructure. Gas boiler houses have been built in the town of Ob and the village of Maslyanino, new heat supply networks have been laid and existing networks modernised, and heat supply schemes have been optimised.
